This Thursday the 4-1 Pittsburgh Steelers led by veteran Aaron Rodgers are heading to take on Joe Flacco and the Cincinnati Bengals in Ohio. A couple old head quarterbacks are gonna be battling it out this Thursday in the battle of the 40 year olds. While I think this may actually be a close game, with potential for some Joe Flacco magic.
BetMGM has the odds opened up at:
Steelers 5.5 point favorites at -105
The O/U at 44.5
Moneyline at -250 Steelers and +200 Bengals
While I am aware of the Bengals concerns on the offensive line, and the Steelers domination of the defensive line led by TJ Watt. I just have a feeling we are going to see Joe Flacco do what he does and keep this game close. I am taking Bengals +5.5 at -105, I have a hunch that for some reason he is gonna keep this game close and possibly pull off the upset. Watching the Steelers play against the Patriots this year, I really have no faith that they are a legit 4-1 team, and they have just been getting sort of lucky… sort of lucky. Aaron Rodgers is a washed up oddball who I do not think has the same skill or attributes that he had 10 years ago. I think it will be low scoring so I am thinking about taking the Under 44.5 as well, with two non explosive offenses in my opinion. They both have weapons, but with the older quarterbacks they don't live up to the full potential.
So my final bets will be Bengals +5.5, Under 44.5 and I will throw in a Ja'Marr Chase anytime touchdown. Take each one individually or parlay them together either way they are all hitting. Fade or ride it’s up to you, I am going to start keeping track all season, and see where I end up in the end of the year.
